Saeed al Shamisi

Saeed Al Shamisi is the Chief Human Capital Officer at ADNEC Group since July 2008, responsible for developing and implementing the Human Capital Strategy aligned with the business strategy, particularly in talent attraction and development. Prior to this role, Saeed held various positions within ADNEC, including HR Director, Deputy Director - HR, and Resourcing & Development Manager, focusing on HR strategy, employer branding, recruitment policies, and Emiratisation. Saeed began the career at ADCO as an Emiratisation Manager, alongside roles as Learning & Development Coordinator and Training & Development Coordinator. Saeed holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, obtained in December 2001.
