Lucas M. has over a decade of experience in the IT industry. In 2006, they began their career as a Systems Administrator at Easton Motors. One year later, they moved to New Vision Networks as a Network Engineer. In 2011, Lucas became the Owner of Strata Technology Management LLC, an IT services provider focusing on proactive IT management through managed services. In 2017, they took on the role of Vice President at adNET Technology Management.

Lucas M. attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Technology Infrastructure.
