Karthikeyan Muthuraj

Karthikeyan Muthuraj is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT delivery, service management, and project governance. Currently serving as the Head of IT Delivery and Digital at Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company PJSC, Karthikeyan oversees IT delivery, applications, budgeting, and project management. Previously, Karthikeyan held significant roles at United Arab Bank, where the leadership of the IT Project Management Office was undertaken, and FGB, where an emphasis on IT service delivery was prioritized. With prior experience at institutions such as Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Tata Consultancy Services, Karthikeyan has consistently focused on ITIL processes and ISO standards. Karthikeyan’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, supplemented with ITIL and COBIT certifications.
