Denis Gabrielik

Denis Gabrielik is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategy formulation, mergers and acquisitions, and equity research. Currently serving as Head of Department for Strategy and Economics at ADNOC Distribution since January 2023, Denis oversees the execution of strategies across various business lines and geographies, while also developing and executing M&A strategies. Prior to this role, Denis was an Executive Director at VTB Capital, leading structured equity finance transactions across CIS, Europe, and Asia. Additionally, Denis held senior analyst positions at Deutsche Bank and Otkritie, achieving recognition as the top-ranked analyst in Metals & Mining for Eastern Europe and CIS in 2017. Denis’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
