Raghu Vuduta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and program management, currently serving as the Strategy and Program Management Lead at ADNOC Distribution since May 2023. Prior to this role, Raghu spent nearly five years at IBM, where responsibilities included leading large-scale transformation projects and managing client C-Level interactions as a Senior Managing Consultant and managing consultancy services in Operations and Supply Chain as a Senior Advisory Consultant. Raghu's career began at Hindustan Petroleum, with key contributions in operations and maintenance roles, including significant improvements in productivity and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations and Finance Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and an MBA from the University of Birmingham, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
