Carolina Guzman-Garcia

Carolina Guzman-Garcia has a strong background in process engineering and project management, currently serving as Team Leader for Process Improvement at ADNOC Group since January 2019, focusing on yields accounting activities and process optimization across various operating sites. Prior to ADNOC, Carolina held the title of Engineering Project Lead at EXECU-SOLUTIONS ING1711, where responsibilities included project scheduling and technical documentation support. Experience also includes significant roles at Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. as Project Technical Leader for the TAECA project and at PDVSA-TECHNIP overseeing process engineering teams for the Petrocarabobo project. Earlier roles at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. included Technical Advisor for New Business Evaluation and Senior Refining Economic Analyst, where Carolina specialized in economic evaluations and process technology assessments. Educational qualifications include a Specialist degree in Oil Refining from IFP School and a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
