Jonathan Williamson

Jonathan Williamson is an accomplished business development manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently with ADNOC Group since June 2024, Jonathan has previously held significant roles at Santos Ltd, where as a senior commercial and business development consultant, led negotiations for a US$850 million gas supply agreement. Jonathan's tenure at Shell includes roles as asset commercial lead for QCLNG and commercial manager for Shell Exploration and Production Tanzania Ltd, where Jonathan established investment frameworks for major LNG projects. Earlier roles at BG Group and Santos Ltd involved leading commercial activities and managing substantial gas portfolios. Beginning a career as a process engineer at Shell, Jonathan boasts a solid educational foundation with an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
