Prashant Dass

Prashant Dass is an experienced executive in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Vice President of Deal Transactions at ADNOC Group since February 2021. Prior to this, Prashant Dass held various senior roles at Shell from May 2000 to January 2021, including Senior Commercial Manager, where responsibilities included leading commercial efforts for significant projects in Indonesia and the MENA region, as well as managing business development opportunities across Africa and the Americas. Earlier experience includes positions at EY India Private Limited, Actis, Fortis Financial Services Limited, and Times Guaranty Financials Limited, focusing on corporate advisory, private equity investment, and fund management. Prashant Dass holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University and an MBA in Finance from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies.
