Short transitioned to Oracle, where roles included Enterprise Customer Success Manager and EMEA Renewals Manager, emphasizing customer experience solutions. At SAP, Adam served as a Senior Customer Success Partner and later as Customer Engagement Director, driving success for enterprise clients undergoing digital transformation. At VMware, Adam excelled as Senior Manager for Commercial Renewals & Channel APJ, leading a large sales organization and spearheading a shift towards cloud and subscription services. Currently, Adam is the Head of APAC Retention & Growth at Adobe. Adam holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
