Beth Benkowski

Beth Benkowski is an experienced leader in enterprise sales and account management, currently serving as Area Vice President of Enterprise Retail at Adobe since March 2024. As a Founding Member of Chief and an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, Beth is also deeply involved in leadership initiatives. Previous roles include Area Vice President at Dataiku, Vice President of Global Key Accounts at UiPath, and Director of Southeast Strategic Account Segment at Splunk, where significant goals were consistently met. Beth’s expertise extends to mentorship at First Round Capital and board membership at Vantage Metrics, underscoring a commitment to improving organizational performance. Beth holds a BA in Sociology from UCLA.
