Blair Keen

Blair Keen is currently the Director of Product Management at Adobe.com, leading a multi-disciplinary team focused on enhancing business performance across EMEA and LATAM markets. Previously, they served in various roles at Adobe, including Optimisation Manager and Consulting Manager, where they developed strategies that significantly increased revenue for major clients. Before their time at Adobe, Blair was Managing Director at Additive Solutions Limited and worked as a User Behaviour and Conversion Rate Optimisation Consultant at AdditiveCRO. Blair began their career as a Fighter Pilot and Commissioned Officer in the Royal Air Force, where they honed their leadership and communication skills. They studied at King's College in New Zealand.
