Courtney Maya George

Courtney Maya George is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in driving user experience and design strategy across multiple platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Design for Assets, Collaboration & Teams at Adobe since February 2024, Courtney previously held the role of Director of Design for Amplitude, where responsibilities included leading audience management and data governance teams. With a background at Adobe spanning from 2014 to 2021, Courtney advanced from Senior Designer to Senior Design Manager, significantly impacting the developer ecosystem and partner integrations. Early career roles included positions at Vega Project, KiwiCo, Power Balance, and ZOHO Design, showcasing a diverse skill set in UI/UX design and digital marketing. Courtney holds a BFA in Graphic Design + Digital Media from Laguna College of Art and Design and is currently pursuing an altMBA.
