Cynthia Tillo

Cynthia Tillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Adobe since March 2006. In this role, Cynthia manages the business operations team for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, driving the execution of go-to-market strategies and business initiatives. Prior to Adobe, Cynthia held the position of Director of Product Management at Oracle Software, overseeing product lifecycle management solutions, and has experience as a Senior Consultant at NEC, where consulting for Fortune 100 companies on e-business strategies was a key focus. Additionally, Cynthia worked as a Program Manager at Hewlett Packard, leading initiatives to enhance delivery performance and quality management across manufacturing operations. Cynthia holds a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley. Notably, Cynthia was recognized with the Adobe Digital Marketing Circle of Excellence award in 2017 for outstanding business results and teamwork.
