Donna Zontos

Donna Zontos currently serves as the Vice President of Employee Experience (HRBP) at Adobe, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Zontos was the HRBP Leader at Meta from March 2020 to April 2022 and held multiple leadership roles at eBay from August 2014 to March 2020, including Vice President of HR Business Partner and Global Talent/Recruiting. Earlier in their career, Zontos spent over 13 years at Adobe in various HR leadership positions, as well as serving as the Head of Human Resources at Hilton San Jose from June 1997 to January 2001. Zontos's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from California State University, Chico, and a PHR Certification from San Jose State University, complemented by attendance at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2010.
