Evan Hickam

Evan Hickam is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruiting teams and talent development initiatives. Currently serving as a Talent Partner IV at Adobe since January 2019, Evan has held multiple roles, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Program Manager for Talent Development. Prior to Adobe, Evan worked at Marketo, where responsibilities included leading a team as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and focusing on recruiting analytics as a Team Lead. Previous experience also includes roles at Cvent as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Executive Recruiter at Kaye/Bassman International. Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University, specializing in Government and Public Service.
