Jerome Decaris is currently the Head of Go-to-Market & Sales Specialists for Western Europe at Adobe Systems. Jerome has previously held positions as Business Development Manager at Hyperion Solutions, Vice-President APAC at Neolane, and Solution Consulting Team Lead and Business Intelligence Solution Manager at IBM (SPSS) and Sia Partners, respectively.

Jerome has extensive experience in product launches, business development, sales management, and solution consulting. Jerome has successfully launched products in France and other French-speaking countries, and has closed major sales deals with COLES and TheAthleteFoot. Jerome is a thought leader in the market and is highly skilled in prospecting and customer facing activities.

Under Jerome's leadership, Neolane's subsidiaries in Singapore (covering South East Asia) and Sydney (covering Australia + New Zealand) were created. Jerome was also responsible for the business plan and go-to-market strategy for the company. In their role as Vice-President APAC, Jerome successfully grew the sales and operations teams and increased revenue significantly.

At IBM (SPSS), Jerome led the solution consulting team and was responsible for managing business intelligence solutions. During their time at Sia Partners, they successfully implemented BI solutions for clients in the retail, financial services, and manufacturing sectors.

Jerome holds a degree in computer science from the University of Paris-Sud XI.
