Lindsey MacLean

Lindsey MacLean currently serves as the Vice President of Employee & Workplace Experience at Adobe, beginning in July 2024, where the focus is on transformative employee engagement through innovation and inclusivity. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Googler Experience at Google from March 2017 to July 2024, and responsibilities as Sr. Director of People Operations and Global Director of Organizational Development, including the launch of Google’s inaugural internal OD consulting organization. Earlier career highlights feature a position as Vice President of Sales at DEI Worldwide, achieving top sales performance, and as a Sales Professional at Galderma, successfully managing key accounts. Lindsey MacLean graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from UCLA, where involvement in Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board Honor Society was noted.
