Marc Fray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Adobe since May 2012, Marc oversees the Western EMEA Customer Success operations for Creative & Document Cloud and Adobe Sign, focusing on strategic account development and best practices. Prior to Adobe, Marc held the position of Account Director at crmmetrix, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of CAC40 accounts and driving new product development. Marc's earlier experience includes roles at TNS Sofres, where leadership of a research team and project management in usability testing were key responsibilities, as well as experience as an Analyst at Kantar Added Value. Marc Fray holds a degree in Marketing from EM Strasbourg and studied at the University of Bath.
