Matt Crosby

Matt Crosby is a Learning & Development and Sales Enablement professional with extensive experience in delivering impactful training and program management. They began their career as a Technical Trainer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and later held various managerial roles at major companies, including Orbitz for Business, Microsoft, and Starbucks, where they successfully led teams and developed innovative training solutions. Currently, Matt serves as the Manager of Global Sales Enablement at Adobe, focusing on aligning training programs with revenue initiatives. Matt is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Education and has a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Florida.
