Opeyemi Sofoluke currently serves as the Head of Inclusive Experience for EMEA at Adobe since December 2023. As a co-author of "Twice as Hard: Navigating Black Stereotypes and Creating Space for Success," Opeyemi has made significant contributions to diversity and inclusion literature. Prior experience includes serving as the Lead International Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Meta from April 2021 to September 2023 and as Vice President for Global Technology Diversity and Inclusion at J.P. Morgan from September 2013 to April 2021. Opeyemi also held roles at J.P. Morgan as a Project Manager in CIB Markets and Investor Services and as a Summer Analyst in the Global Credit Risk Middle Office. Additionally, Opeyemi completed a Spring Analyst role at Goldman Sachs in 2011 and served as a Young Mayor Advisor for Lewisham Council and a Political PA for the Greater London Authority. Opeyemi holds a BSc Hons in Business and Politics from Aston University, completed in 2013.
