Starting their career at a creative agency in Ogden, UT, Richie has held significant roles at companies such as Ellucian, Electronic Arts, and nThrive, where they focused on User Experience and product design. Currently, at Adobe, Richie is responsible for redefining the Enterprise Experience Management Solutions while advocating for accessible and intuitive design. They also have experience in leadership roles, successfully building and managing teams of designers and researchers.
