Ruby Sze

Ruby Sze is an accomplished leader in customer experience and program management, currently serving as Director of CX Programs and Voice of Customer at Adobe since May 2018. Sze oversees a cross-functional Voice of Customer program and digital post-sale journey strategy within a large Customer Experience organization, while previously leading global initiatives for Enterprise Support and onboarding programs. Prior experience includes roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Sze directed organizational transformation efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and at Bank of America, where Sze managed significant change initiatives during mergers and operational improvements. Ruby Sze holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
