Sang Han has extensive experience in account management and customer success across multiple prominent organizations. At Adobe, Sang held various senior roles from February 2022 to July 2023, including Sr. Enterprise Solution Account Manager and Sr. Data & Insights Solution Account Manager. Prior to Adobe, Sang worked at Authentic8 as a Senior Strategic Account Manager from September 2020 to February 2022 and served as Customer Success Lead at Ntrepid Corp from April 2018 to August 2020. Sang’s tenure at MicroStrategy from July 2015 to March 2018 included the role of Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing $30M in recurring revenue and maintaining a >90% renewal rate with major strategic accounts. Additionally, Sang contributed as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Southport Services Group in mid-2015, focusing on database performance monitoring and optimization.
