Seth Kaufman

Seth Kaufman is the Director and Associate General Counsel for Tax & Corporate at Adobe, leading a team of legal professionals responsible for global subsidiary governance, real estate, procurement, and vendor risk management. Prior to this role, Kaufman served as Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T, focusing on tax and corporate matters, and as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where they specialized in local, state, and federal tax law. Kaufman has been active in the field since earning a BBA and MPA in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law.
