Shanmugh Natarajan

Shanmugh Natarajan currently serves as Managing Director and Executive Director of Adobe India, overseeing research and development efforts in Noida and Bangalore since joining the company in September 2008. Natarajan has held multiple leadership roles at Adobe, including Vice President of Products, where product development for key offerings such as PhotoShop Elements and Premiere Elements was led. Prior to Adobe, Natarajan accumulated extensive experience in various startups from 1999 to 2008, taking on roles such as Director of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering, contributing to companies like ClaimIQ and AdForce. Previous to startup involvement, Natarajan was a Principal at SnapSoft Consulting, providing technology execution consulting to major firms including Sun Microsystems and Netscape, and served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Sun Microsystems, focusing on windowing systems architecture. Natarajan holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University.
