Timothy Garippa

Timothy Garippa currently serves as a transformation and innovation professional at Adobe since February 2024 and is a managing partner at PEX Consulting, where the focus is on delivering transformative business results. Previously, Timothy worked at EY from November 2014 to April 2023 as a partner/principal and senior manager, advising global clients on technology, process, and cultural transformations. Prior to EY, Timothy held a senior management role at Accenture from January 2005 to October 2014, where responsibilities included operations, sales promotions, and talent strategy. Timothy began a career in research and consultancy with positions at Issues Deliberation America/Australia and the Texas Equal Access to Justice Foundation. Timothy holds dual degrees in Finance and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
