Previously, Urmila worked at Talent Space, Inc. from June 2004 to May 2019, where roles included Director of Technical Recruiting, managing a high-performing team and driving technical recruiting strategies, as well as building a recruiting team from the ground up. Urmila holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
