Paul Péretié has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as a salesman at The Kooples. In 2013, they interned at FotoSynthesis, where they were responsible for fundraising and creating documentation to present the gallery to companies. In the same year, they also worked as a waiter at Cojean, a luxury organic fast-food restaurant. In 2014, they worked as a freelance graphic designer, collaborating with La Maison Link on various projects. Paul also served as a founding partner at Chez BernArt, where they managed a trend blog and collaborated on design and marketplace projects. In 2015, they took on the role of responsible for marketing and inside sales at Toucan Toco. Additionally, they co-founded Adok, le Hub tactile, where they served as CEO and developed a tactile hub for collaboration.

Paul Péretié's education history begins in 2009 when they attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2015. In 2012, they pursued further studies at both Panthéon Sorbonne - Olivier de Serre and ENSAAMA Olivier de Serre. Paul completed a Master's degree in Applied Economics - Design Management at Panthéon Sorbonne - Olivier de Serre in 2014, and also earned an M1 degree in Design Management from ENSAAMA Olivier de Serre in 2013. From 2015 to 2016, Paul Péretié attended ESCP Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Innover et Entreprendre, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies.
