Michelle Clark is an experienced professional specializing in health policy, community engagement, and social work. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Deputy Director of Assessment, Planning, and Community Engagement at Howard County Health Department since April 2023, Michelle has also been a Contractor Social Worker at FamilyWorks Together & Adoptions Together since January 2019, focusing on home studies for adoptive families.
