Craig Smith

Craig Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Adorama, Craig has held leadership positions including Vice President of Global Supply Chain Strategy at Moen Incorporated and multiple roles at Diageo, such as Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy Development and Vice President of Supply Chain Planning and Development. Additionally, Craig began a career in management consulting as an Associate focused on Operations and Supply Chain at McKinsey & Company. An academic scholar, Craig earned both a PhD and a Master's degree in Operations Research/Operations Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
