Kate Morris

Kate Morris is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment leader with extensive experience in the beauty and retail sectors. As Co-Founder of Glow Capital Partners since September 2021, Kate drives growth equity investments in exceptional brands across Australia and New Zealand. With a history of co-founding Adore Beauty Group in April 2000, the longest-running online beauty store in Australia, Kate has played an integral role in establishing a platform that offers over 200 leading global beauty brands. Additionally, Kate co-founded Findation.com, a crowdsourced database for matching foundation shades, and has served as a mentor at Startmate. Previous contributions include being a Business Advisory Board Member at Monash Business School and a Non-Executive Director at NORA National Online Retailers Association. Academically, Kate holds a B.Bus in Management from Monash University and has pursued further education at the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship.
