Andrei Gigirtu

Andrei Gigirtu has been working in software development for over 10 years. Andrei started their career as a software engineer at Viveo, where they helped build the company's user interface platform and manage the HR and internal project management platform. Andrei also rebuilt the company website and integrated a SEO strategy. Andrei then moved on to Sinapticode, where they delivered software products for various businesses, including SMS Gateway systems, video streaming applications and natural language processing tools. In February 2013, they joined Adore Me as Head of Business Software. In this role, they led the software development for internal business operations, from product design & creation to procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance and marketing teams. Andrei helped the business scale from 0 to $100M in revenue. In January 2018, they were promoted to VP of Software Incubation at Adore Me. In this role, they are responsible for incubating new software products and businesses within Adore Me.

Andrei Gigirtu has a Master's degree in IT systems for managing business operations from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics from the same school.
