Adolfo Aguirre

Adolfo Aguirre currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at ADP, focusing on enhancing client engagement and executing Human Capital Management strategies while differentiating ADP in the market. Previous roles include Advisory Board Chair for the Florida Diversity Council and Inclusion and Diversity Partner at Darden, where management of employee resource group initiatives took priority. Adolfo also contributed as a Board Member for the National Hispanic Corporate Council and held various positions at The Home Depot, culminating as Diversity & Inclusion Manager. With extensive experience in customer support, Adolfo has held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and other hospitality companies, alongside a diploma in Management from North Metro Technical College.
