Chelsea Malandro

Chelsea Malandro, PMP, serves as the Sales Learning Director of Content at ADP since December 2018, where leadership and instructional design expertise are applied to develop engaging learning experiences for Sales Associates across six business units. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Learning Program Manager at ADP, Learning & Organizational Development Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, and Program/Project Manager & Manager of Learning & Development at CSC. Chelsea has successfully managed over 115 Sales Learning projects, improved the new hire experience, and spearheaded innovative training methods integrating interactive elements. Chelsea holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education & Communications Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
