Clifford Williams

Clifford Williams is a Global Program Director and a leader in HR and Payroll technology, with extensive experience in implementing systems like Workday, SAP, and ADP. They served as Program Director at the University System of Georgia, where they designed and built a shared services center while overseeing significant payroll and HR transformations. Throughout their career, Clifford has held various positions, including roles at Google, Dover Corporation, and ADP, focusing on global ERP implementations and project management. They hold an Associate of Science degree in Business from Robert Morris College. Currently, Clifford is the Chief Operating Officer and Global Program Director at Advanced Resource Consultants, managing projects across numerous industries.
