Cynthia Medfisch

Cynthia Medfisch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Senior Digital Sales Manager for Talent Acquisition and Pre-Employment Solutions at ADP since June 2010, Cynthia emphasizes the importance of a robust talent acquisition strategy to secure the right candidates. Prior to ADP, Cynthia held the position of Associate Director of Admissions at EDMC from December 2006 to June 2010 and served as the Senior Inside Sales Manager at FedEx Services from May 2000 to November 2006. Cynthia earned a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College between 1983 and 1987.
