Darion Fletcher

Darion Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as a Major Accounts Sales Executive at ADP, Darion develops strategic sales plans, recruits and trains sales personnel, and drives team performance. As a Co-Founder of Abundance Properties since June 2022, Darion focuses on restoring and developing affordable housing while managing marketing and building relationships with funding partners. Additional roles include coaching defensive backs at Simley Senior High School and previous leadership positions at My7on7 Football Passing League and Northwestern Mutual. Darion's early career includes managing ticket sales for the St. Paul Saints and the University of Minnesota Duluth, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth obtained in 2016.
