Faheem Walji

Faheem Walji has extensive experience in product management and business analysis, currently serving as the Director of Product Management, Digital for Billing, Payments, and Self Service at ADP since May 2019. Prior to this role, Faheem Walji was a Senior Manager of Product Management at Verizon, focusing on Digital Billing and Authentication. Earlier positions include Product Manager for Emerging Payments Technology at Mastercard and Senior Business Analyst at Ogilvy, where Faheem Walji gathered and documented business requirements for various clients in finance, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. Faheem Walji started the career as a Project Coordinator at Quorum Federal Credit Union and held a similar role at Bank of America, facilitating project management processes. Academically, Faheem Walji holds two MBA degrees in Business Management and IT from National American University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dar es Salaam.
