Frederic le Buhan

Frederic Le Buhan is an experienced senior manager in global operations and compliance, currently serving as EMEA Senior Manager for Global Partners Operations at ADP since November 2017, overseeing payroll delivery across Europe and supporting the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Frederic held key roles at AIG, including Regional Compliance Head for the EMEA West Zone, where leadership of compliance programs across multiple countries was essential, and served as Compliance Officer for France & Benelux. Frederic's career includes significant positions in management and compliance auditing with AIG Europe and CAADEX, alongside an extensive background in the insurance sector, starting from independent roles to early-stage involvement in global graduate programs. Frederic holds a degree from ESSCA - Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers and has studied at Universidad de Zaragoza.
