Jeff Griffin

Jeff Griffin has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a VAR / ERP Partner Account Manager at ADP since April 2007. Over the years, Jeff has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales, where responsibilities included driving double-digit sales growth by leading a team of 24 Sales Associates and 3 Team Leaders. As Vice President of Broker Strategy for the Mid-Atlantic Region, Jeff focused on enhancing sales through group benefits brokers while aligning company capabilities with client needs. In earlier roles, Jeff successfully managed teams of District Managers and engaged directly with C-level executives to sell ADP's HR business process outsourcing solutions. Prior to ADP, Jeff worked as a Sales Consultant at Intuit, providing payroll and HR solutions to the small business sector. Jeff holds a degree from Sacred Heart University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
