Jessica Mouzon

Jessica Mouzon is a seasoned human resources professional and military veteran with significant experience in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Account Manager Team Lead at ADP since March 2020, Jessica previously held senior HR positions, including Sr. Manager at Pets Global Inc. and Human Resources & Payroll Manager at Burbank Community YMCA. Jessica's career in the U.S. Coast Guard involved multiple roles, culminating as a Human Resources Manager where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and employee relations during periods of organizational change. Jessica holds an MBA with a Human Resources emphasis from Brandman University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, in addition to certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional in Human Resources for California (PHRca).
