Joe Francis

Joe Francis is an experienced executive currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at ADP since July 2013, where responsibilities include strategy formulation and execution, business development for new and existing products through partnerships or alliances, and sales strategy execution. In addition, Joe has held the position of Vice President of Sales for Small Business Services at ADP Employer Services since May 2001. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University, Chico, earned between 1990 and 1995.
