Joe Shermer

Joe Shermer is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at ADP since March 2013, Joe has successfully led a team of six District Managers to achieve record-setting revenue in the state. Prior roles include Senior District Manager and District Manager at ADP, where Joe focused on employer liability management and employee retention strategies. Joe's earlier experience spans account management positions at 1WorldSync and 1SYNC, emphasizing the development of business relations with Fortune 500 companies, as well as inside sales at EPCglobal US. Joe began a career in healthcare at Great-West Healthcare, managing a network of over 2,000 providers. Educated at Western Governors University, Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management.
