Justin Kulikowski

Justin Kulikowski has extensive experience in technology and architecture, serving in various leadership roles at ADP from January 2016 to January 2023, including Director of AI Platform Services and Director of Public Cloud Enterprise Automation. Prior to ADP, Justin worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch between January 2007 and January 2012, where positions included Vice President and Assistant Vice President focusing on Low Latency Market Data architecture. Additional experience includes a role as System Administrator at Internet Marketing Center of Canada and a brief position as IT Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Justin began the professional journey as a Web Site Developer while studying at Penn State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences & Technology was earned from August 2003 to May 2007.
