Karishma Shah

Karishma Shah is a seasoned executive with a robust background in technology and venture capital. Currently serving as Vice President of Ventures at ADP since March 2023, Karishma is a founding member of the company's Corporate Venture Capital fund and manages a partnership with SemperVirens Venture Capital. Prior experience includes directing product initiatives in Emerging Technologies and Incubation at Cisco and leading new business incubation at Uber. At Alphabet Inc., Karishma held roles that involved overseeing innovative projects and co-founding a natural language processing initiative within Google X. As the founder of SkillHubs, an online skill-sharing marketplace, Karishma garnered recognition from Mark Cuban and received a Global Entrepreneurship Week Award. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with multiple minors from the University of Pennsylvania.
