Laxmikant Tripathy

Laxmikant Tripathy is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of Sales for Global Key Accounts in India and South Asia at ADP since June 2019, managing a team of Global Sales Managers and overseeing engagements with major enterprises and ecosystem partners for significant HR and payroll transformation projects. Prior to ADP, Laxmikant held various leadership roles at Sify Technologies, NCR, Reliance Communications, and Avaya, focusing on building relationships with C-level decision-makers and managing extensive sales portfolios across multiple regions including India, EMEA, and APAC. Laxmikant's educational background includes an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from KIIT.
