Marla Jordan

Marla Jordan is a Director of Operations for Total Absences Management (TAM) at ADP, where they focus on product enhancements and expansion. They previously held various roles at ADP, including Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager in the Leave Administration Department. Marla started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Consol Energy in 2005 and also worked as a caterer and in sales and bookkeeping. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from California State University-Sacramento and an MBA from California State University, Stanislaus.
