Michael Cherkassky is currently the Senior Director and Head of Strategy, Operations, and Innovation at ADP, focusing on Data and AI. They co-founded Stratyfy, where they empowered experts through AI-enabled decision support systems, and previously served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2018 to 2024. Michael has also held positions at Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer and Product Owner, and at BizTEC, directing Israel's national business plan competition. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Technion and an MBA from Columbia University. Additionally, Michael served as a Staff Sergeant in the Israeli Air Force's special ops unit from 2003 to 2006.
