Naresh Dongari

Naresh Dongari is a consultant at ADP since August 2024, bringing a strong background in software development from previous roles at Applaud. As a lead developer at Applaud from June 2019 to August 2024, Naresh developed a next-generation AI-powered chatbot designed to streamline HR queries and reduce the workload on HR teams, showcasing a scalable approach to evolving HR policies. Prior to this, Naresh served as a back end developer, contributing to Applaud's mission of providing exceptional technology experiences in the workplace. Naresh also gained experience as a software engineer intern at Applaud earlier in 2019. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, earned in 2019.
