Rachele Collins

Rachele Collins, Ph.D., is the Client Experience Director for Strategic Advisory Services and Business Transformation Practices at ADP. With a career spanning over two decades, Rachele has worked in advisory roles since 1998, focusing on improving client performance through strategic development, knowledge management, and process improvement. Rachele has held various significant positions, including Project Manager and Senior Program Manager at notable organizations such as APQC and The Hackett Group. A dedicated advocate for community betterment, Rachele authored a dissertation on homelessness and served in leadership roles at the Junior League of Houston, while also being a passionate supporter of animal welfare organizations. Rachele earned an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and became the first in their family to achieve a Ph.D. in Education and Human Resource Development.
